Publisher Agreement
This agreement covers selling your models on the FlexCut3D store. By accepting it you agree to the following. (Plain-language summary first, details below — the details win if they differ.)
Summary: you keep ownership of your work, we sell it in the store, you get your share of every sale after payment fees, we pay out monthly above a threshold, and you promise the work is yours.
1. Your content, your ownership
You keep full ownership of every model you publish. You grant FlexCut3D a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, promote, and sell your published models in the FlexCut3D store, including showing previews (images, 360° spins, live viewer) anywhere the store is promoted.
2. Revenue share
- For each completed sale, the net amount is the sale price minus payment-processing fees (our payment provider currently charges 5% + $0.50 per transaction).
- You receive the creator share of the net amount, as shown on your publisher dashboard at the time of each sale. The current share is displayed on the Sell page and in your dashboard; it is snapshotted per sale — a later change to the share never changes what you already earned.
- Refunded sales (including chargebacks) earn nothing; if a sale is refunded after you were paid for it, the amount is deducted from your next balance.
3. Payouts
- Balances accrue in USD on your publisher dashboard.
- Payouts are made manually, monthly, once your balance reaches the payout threshold shown in your dashboard, to the payout method you saved (Wise or Payoneer email).
- You are responsible for providing correct payout details and for any taxes on your earnings in your own country.
4. Your promises (IP warranty)
You warrant that every model you publish is your own original work, that it infringes no one's intellectual property, and that it contains no branded or trademarked content. You agree to cover FlexCut3D against claims resulting from a breach of this warranty. We remove content that receives a credible infringement claim and may suspend the publisher.
5. Review and removal
All submissions are reviewed before going live. We may reject or remove any model at our discretion (rules violations, quality, legal risk). Removal doesn't affect earnings already accrued on past sales.
6. Buyers' license
Buyers receive the store's standard license to use purchased models. You cannot attach your own license terms to store sales.
7. Ending this agreement
You can stop publishing at any time; your models can be unlisted at your request. Accrued balances above the threshold are still paid out. We may end the agreement for rule breaches, with accrued legitimate earnings paid out.
8. Changes
If these terms change, you'll be asked to accept the new version before publishing anything new. Continued sales of already-published models are governed by the version you accepted, until you accept a newer one.
