Payment information: billing details are collected and processed by Paddle, our merchant of record — we never see or store your card details
Purchase history: which models you have bought, so we can provide re-downloads and support
CAD project data: parametric models, designs, SVG files, and laser-cutting projects you create using our application. FlexCut3D does not claim ownership of user-generated designs and does not sell or reuse design data.
Communications: messages you send to us for support or feedback

Guest checkout: if you buy a model without an account, we create an account for you using the email address you provide at checkout, so your purchase stays re-downloadable. You can log in to it at any time via an email login link.

Children's Privacy

FlexCut3D is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
